Reservations/Deposit
Reserve your space with a 50 percent deposit at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded. Deposits for reservations canceled 15 to 29 days in advance will be held for one year for a future stay. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be forfeited. Please note unused portions of spa packages are non-refundable and no refunds will be made for early departure. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy. |
