Let a Cooper Fitness Center wellness coach provide the support and guidance you need to follow through with your goals.
Coaching sessions include setting short- and long-term goals, identifying barriers/challenges and developing strategies to overcome them, and identifying support systems and resources to draw from.
Program Details Carla Sottovia, Ph.D., senior personal trainer at Cooper Fitness Center and a licensed wellness coach, provides individualized wellness coaching combined with fitness consultations. The program includes:
- Two wellness coaching sessions (60-minute intro session and 30-minute follow-up)
- A functional movement screening
- Two fitness consultations (initial consult and exercise prescription, and follow-up consult)
