On-call Childcare Associate On-call position. Must be available to be on-call to fill in when needed, particularly for Saturdays. Responsibilities include providing exemplary customer service to members and guests checking in and out, providing a safe and fun environment for the children (ages infant to 12 years), leading activities, and helping children with care and safety. Requires exceptional attitude, reliable transportation, high school diploma, basic computer skills, an interest caring for children, and at least one year of prior childcare experience. |

Research Recruitment Coordinator – Oak Cliff Center Part time. This position is responsible for the recruitment of appropriate study participants into clinical research trials protocols. Responsible for management of recruitment core and community contacts databases for all studies, negotiation of advertising contracts ensuring costs remain within budget guidelines, management of queries in efforts to compile participant data and reports, and other duties relating to recruitment. This will require the coordination and tracking of media advertising, maintaining the patient database, phone screening, community outreach, travel to North Dallas site to participate in meetings, and other recruitment activities as assigned. Bachelor's degree in marketing with 3 to 5 years related professional experience required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Access database. Bilingual, a plus. Database Analyst Full time. We are seeking an experienced Database Analyst with five plus years' experience in clinical data management within a clinical research setting. The Database Analyst will review, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain the company database[s]. In addition, the individual should have the ability to identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams, and document the process. Other job responsibilities include writing code for database access, modification, and construction (including stored procedures). The qualified candidate must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Other duties as assigned by Director. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in science or a health-related field with a minimum of five years experience. Five years experience in clinical data management, clinical data management systems. Appropriate knowledge and experience with SQL. Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, or Stata) a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Access. Please note: Position is grant-funded and is contingent upon available funding. |

Program Coordinator Full time. This position provides support to the Division of Education by assisting in all phases of customer service to student/course participants in addition to administering all phases of course coordination, which include (but are not limited to) pre-registration, upholding course/class protocols and post-course procedures to ensure smooth operation of both on-site and off-site courses. Qualifications include 1-2 years related experience and/or training, bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate must be able to organize and systemize all division operations with regard to course logistics and preparation, scheduling, database management, and follow-up systems for all functions. Qualifications include the ability to prioritize, use time efficiently, multi-task, and provide excellent customer service by phone and in written correspondence. |
