To schedule a Clinic appointment, please call 800-444-5764, from anywhere in the United States, or call our Dallas number, 972-560-2667, or our McKinney number, 972-560-6300. Appointment assistants are on duty 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. E-mail is available for the convenience of our International patients.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, please call at least one week in advance. Appointments may not be cancelled by e-mail.
Payment/Insurance
Full payment is appreciated the day of service. The business office will assist you in filing an insurance claim or give you the necessary information to file a claim. Because Cooper Clinic procedures are preventive in nature, the costs of the procedures may not be covered by insurance or Medicare. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, a personal check, debit card, or cash.
