Reaching fitness goals takes teamwork. At Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch, our personal trainers and wellness professionals are hand picked to live up to the Cooper name. Through their leadership, encouragement, and attentive service you are assured a medically sound and highly personalized experience.

Our expert staff also includes a registered dietitian, fitness specialists available at all times, sports pros, and skilled instructors – including the trainers in our exclusive Kinesis studio, the first in North Texas.

Personal Training
To achieve the health results you want, our personal trainers design a customized exercise program focused on your specific strengths and needs.

All of our trainers are degreed in an exercise-related field, are professionally certified, and attend continuing education courses regularly. Combining the latest research in the exercise science industry with proven techniques, a personal training appointment at Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch results in a safe and effective workout.


Kinesis

Pilates
From group mat classes to private and small group sessions using Pilates apparatus, our certified Pilates instructors offer training to fit your needs and fitness goals. Through exercises focused on the core muscles that help provide balance to the body and support the spine, Pilates can improve your strength, flexibility, and agility; increase your mind and body awareness; and restore your postural alignment.

Kinesis
Kinesis training is a 360-degree core movement training that improves balance, flexibility, and strength. The innovative equipment allows for an infinite variety of exercises and movements to be performed. Group and individual training programs are offered and can be customized to meet specific fitness needs.

Sports Professionals
Work one-on-one or in small group sessions with a recreational professional to gain top-quality instruction in basketball, jogging, tennis, or athletic enhancement. Organized clinics, tournaments, and leagues are also offered in tennis and basketball. Our highly trained, experienced pros have achieved individual honors and awards in their sport-specific areas.

Exercise Classes

Nutrition Services
