Program Design


The findings from your Health Audit allow us to focus on what will work best for your business. We involve your management every step of the way. We listen to their vision and incorporate short- and long-term goals. In this phase, we define together what better health will mean for your company.

Our unique funding model allows us to deliver a tailored wellness program to you at little or no extra cost. Our philosophy of investing in our clients' health and wellness lead to a market first in the group benefits business – commission revenue paying for group wellness initiatives.

The program design breaks down into two components.

1. Employee Benefits
a. Using the Health Audit results, we design a health insurance plan, set employer subsidy levels, and determine the funding type (self funding versus fully or partially insured) that's ideal based on your company's specific makeup. Factors such as Health Reimbursement Arrangement and Health Savings Account funding level, deductibles, and subsidy levels vary drastically from company to company. We only make recommendations once the analysis is complete.

b. After the plan design is decided upon, we recommend and work with insurance carriers and administrators to underwrite and run the plan. When selecting a provider, critical areas such as claims administration, in-house Consumer-Driven Health Plan expertise and automation, network access, and customer service are reviewed and monitored.
 
2. Wellness Program
Utilizing Cooper's many years of experience in the corporate wellness consulting business and the outcomes of the Health Audit and risk profile, we design a wellness program specifically tailored to your company. We put "boots on the ground" to teach your employees how to implement the health and wellness lifestyle changes necessary to achieve their goals. Our services include:
